We watched this webinar twice and entered our Captain’s Club numbers twice. It never said “completed” and asked for our numbers again. Help!
You don’t get a completed statement at the end. You will get the points on Oct 14th. If not, just call and talk with Captain’s Club. They will put the points on your account. Other option to reach them is via the chat feature or twitter.
