Spoke in person with the Guest Relations Director onboard the Beyond today, 9/7/2025 They are still providing the embarkation lunch and reserved theater seating for Premium Access. The reports of this perk being removed are incorrect.
There have been recent posts on social media stating that these changes will take effect in 2026. Updates will be made here as soon as this is confirmed.
What’s Included

- Unlimited complimentary room service (the delivery fee & gratuities are waived)
- Early access at the terminal. Regardless of your assigned check-in time, arrive from 11am and head to the Premium Access lane to board. Look for signs at embarkation.
- Priority luggage delivery to your stateroom. Leave your luggage at the convenient designated Premium Access drop point on arrival.

- Priority departure from ship to shore in ports that require tender service. Instructions will be provided once you begin your cruise.

- When you receive your SeaPass card, it will have an icon confirming your purchase of Premium Access. For embarkation, it will be noted on your boarding pass.
- Premium Access must be purchased prior to sailing by each guest age 6 or older assigned to the same stateroom.
- YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE ACCESS TO THESE BENEFITS! Before purchasing, refer to your stateroom category amenities and your loyalty status to confirm. You don’t want to pay extra for perks you are already receiving with your stateroom or loyalty status.
How do I locate the checkin area?
Look for a flag like this one at the terminal. It is usually next to The Retreat entrance. The photo below was taken at the Port of Miami and is located right outside the parking garage elevators. Port personnel will be available to help if needed.

The Basic Wi-Fi is now Premium, and you will receive a second device.

Yes, select an arrival window to complete the checkin process. Regardless of the arrival time selected, your Premium Access grants you early access to the terminal starting at 11:30 a.m.
Does early access to the terminal and priority luggage delivery apply to all embarkation ports?

Luggage is delivered to a designated location in the terminal. Please look for signs with the Premium Access logo.
Will I have access to my stateroom at 11:30 a.m.?
Yes, staterooms will be ready in time for your arrival. You may drop off your luggage and retrieve your seapass card, which will be waiting outside the cabin in a sealed envelope. .
May I share the benefits of Premium Access with other guests?
Premium Access and the benefits are not transferable. A violation of this may result in the cancellation of Premium Access without refund or credit.
Where do I meet for priority departure in tender ports of call?
Listen for announcements or follow signage directing you to the Premium Access meeting area
What does the complimentary room service include?
The fee for room service delivery is waived. Complimentary room service does not include items available for purchase such as alcoholic beverages.
