By using the website, or the Captain’s Club program, you agree to be bound by these updated Terms and Conditions. Concerned about how the new status match will affect access to The Retreat? If a passenger is in a top tier with a sister cruise line, they will have access on a space available status. The passenger will be informed prior to sailing if they will have access.
